Handling deliveries and returns is a priority for everyone at Taylors Consumables. We treat customer orders as though they are our own. We expect high standards, and we extend that to each and every customer that uses our wholesale catering services.

Delivery information:

We strive to provide you with the best possible service, including efficient and timely delivery of your orders. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding our delivery process, we would like to share some important information with you.

If orders of stocked items are placed before 2pm, we endeavor to deliver within 24- 48 hours on working days. However, please note that during busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer than the specified timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

If you require next day delivery, please email us to While we will make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, please be aware that for reasons beyond our control (such as exceptionally busy periods), next day delivery may not always be possible. Rest assured, your order will be dispatched at the next available opportunity, and we appreciate your patience during such instances. Additionally, please note that our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays. We kindly ask you to account for this when placing orders, especially during holiday periods. Returns information:

When you need to return or exchange an item we’re here to make sure the process is straightforward and stress-free.

Sometimes, picking errors occur. If you receive incorrect items in your order we will arrange for a collection to be made, and for replacements to be despatched as soon as possible.

We treat all products carefully at our warehouse, but damage can occur in transit. If any part of your order arrives in a damaged state please email or call us immediately with full details. We’ll organise a refund, or get replacements despatched. We may require proof of damage.

Returns / Cancelled orders will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if its ordered incorrectly through customers own error plus the relevant collection fee dependent upon the method of return.

If you’d like to return items that have been purchased using online ordering, you can return them within 14 days of the transaction. Taylors Consumables reserves the right to charge for goods that are:

  • not returned in the agreed timeframe
  • returned in a used condition
  • not returned in original packaging
